Late on in 2007 the nice people at RedBubble decided that life would be better for everyone if the comment box that's associated with most works went below the work itself. Prior to that the comment box always came after any comments that had been made. Personally I found the change to be an annoying one for a couple of different reasons and I seem to recall that I wasn't alone in thinking this was a BadIdea®.
Given that it looks like the RedBubble developers won't be reverting this change it seems like a Greasemonkey script is the way to go. So, if you're a Firefox user, and you've installed Greasemonkey, and you're a RedBubble user, then install this:
redbubble-comment-bottom.user.js
After you've installed it you should find that the comment box comes after any comments (if there are any) rather than before.
